The Department provides anaesthetic and critical care services for adults under going the following cardiac surgical procedures:
Conventional (on-pump) coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG)
Off-pump coronary artery bypass (OPCAB) grafting
Minimally invasive direct coronary artery bypass (MIDCAB) grafting
Hybrid coronary revascularization - MIDCAB + angioplasty (PTCA)
Cardiac valve replacement / repair
Arrhythmia surgery (Papworth / Cox-II maze)
Thoracoabdominal aortic surgery
