Enrollment with Medical Staffing
All new members of staff are asked to register with the Medical Staffing Department.
Staff will be issued with a Papworth photo-ID card.
All new members of the Anaesthetic Department are asked to bring with them:
- Proof of identity
A valid passport, driving license (with photo), or national identity card.
- Proof of GMC registration
A valid GMC certificate.
In addition, year 3-5 SpRs taking up 6 or 12 month appointments are asked to bring with them:
- Form P45 from their previous (UK) employer
- Details of the bank/building society account into which their salary is to be paid
